What languages does Voxnib understand?
Voxnib detects the language of the voice note automatically and writes the transcript back in that same language — including Arabic, Spanish, French, and English, among many others. You never have to choose a language manually.
What happens to my audio? Is it stored?
No. Your audio is sent to our transcription provider (Google Gemini) only to be processed, then deleted immediately afterward. We never keep the audio on our servers. We retain only the resulting transcript text, and only for 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
How does billing work?
You get 3 transcriptions for free. After that, if you use Voxnib through a chat app, we send you a secure Stripe checkout link inside the chat to start a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plan. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — Voxnib never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Every paid plan can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I delete my data?
You can request full deletion of your account and transcripts at any time by emailing us, or by following the steps on our Data Deletion page. We delete your data promptly on request.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Voxnib works inside WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram — just forward a voice note to it. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on the way.
