Terms of Service

1. The service

Voxnib transcribes and summarises voice notes you send to it through supported chat apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) and, in future, our mobile apps. Voxnib is operated by Marouane Bouzyt, Hungary.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Voxnib. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send audio you do not have the right to transcribe, or that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
• Use Voxnib for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or to circumvent usage limits.

4. Free tier and subscriptions

Voxnib includes a limited number of free transcriptions. After that, you may subscribe to a paid plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). Paid plans offer unlimited transcriptions subject to a fair-use limit; beyond that limit, transcription continues on a best-effort basis until your billing period resets.

5. Billing & payment

Subscriptions purchased through a chat app are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. Where you purchase through a mobile app store, that store’s billing terms also apply. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the audio you send and the transcripts you receive. You grant Voxnib only the limited rights needed to process your audio and deliver your transcript, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Third-party platforms

Voxnib operates on top of third-party platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram by Meta, Telegram, Apple, Google, and Stripe). We are not responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability & disclaimers

Voxnib is provided “as is”. Automated transcription is not perfect and may contain errors; you should not rely on it where accuracy is critical. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxnib and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Voxnib and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of Voxnib means you accept the updated terms.
