Deleting your data

You can delete your Voxnib data at any time. Here is exactly how, and what happens when you do.
What is deleted automatically
- Audio is deleted immediately after each voice note is transcribed — it is never stored on our servers.
- Transcripts are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created.
How to delete everything
You can request full deletion of your account and data in two ways:
- In the app (when available):open Settings and choose “Delete account”.
- By email: send a message to support@voxnib.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address or messaging account linked to your Voxnib account.
What gets removed
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Any stored transcripts and summaries.
- Your connected messaging identifiers and bot links.
- Your subscription record (cancel any active plan first — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Timing
We process deletion requests promptly, normally within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a short period only where required for legal or accounting reasons, and are then deleted.
Data held by the messaging platforms
Messages you sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram also exist in those apps under their control. Deleting your Voxnib data does not delete your chat history inside those apps — manage that through each platform’s own settings.
