Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Voxnib subscriptions.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew again. You will not be charged after cancellation.
- Subscriptions billed through Stripe. Use the billing or cancellation link provided to you, or email support@voxnib.com and we will cancel it for you.
- Subscriptions purchased through an app store. Manage or cancel these in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, as those stores handle the billing.
Refunds
Because Voxnib gives you free transcriptions to try the service before you pay, we generally do not provide refunds for time already elapsed on a subscription. However, we want you to be treated fairly:
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund you.
- Where you have a refund right under the consumer law of your country, that right is unaffected by this policy.
- Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.
How to request a refund
Email support@voxnib.com from the address associated with your account, with the date of the charge and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
